Job Description
Summary
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support upstream product development activities such as identifying and prioritizing user needs and representing Voice of Customer on core teams
- Support partner engagement activities
- Support creation and communication of product roadmaps
- Support go-to-Market planning/execution for key upcoming launches

About You: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Minimum of three years marketing, product management or equivalent experience in the medical device sector or comparable field; sales or sales support experience will be considered; upstream marketing experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced verbal, written and presentation/communications skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a matrix environment Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment of competing priorities Ability to define problems, collect data in ambiguous environments, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with connected, integrated, clinical software solutions Strong understanding of the medical device development process and phases Understanding of and experience with Quality Management Systems Understanding of the IV infusion pump market, business dynamics, and relevant stakeholders
