- Logistics Management: Manage venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, décor, transportation, lodging, and setup.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, invitations, and event branding.
- Silent Auction Management: Oversee the procurement, onsite presentation, and bidder management system to ensure maximum guest experience.
- Registration & Guest Experience: Oversee attendee registration, ticketing, and on-site experiences to ensure smooth operations.
- On-site Event Execution: Supervise all aspects of the events, including setup, vendor coordination, staff and volunteer management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event success, gather feedback, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
