Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager who is highly tech-savvy, process-driven, and skilled in automation to join our fast-growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our internal operations, hiring, team culture, and strategic execution run smoothly. You will be the backbone of our company, connecting departments and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and scale.
What You’ll Do:
1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the hiring acquisition funnel and attract A-player talent.
- Develop and maintain automated hiring pipelines for various positions.
- Oversee interview processes and vet candidates before presenting them to leadership.
- Build out team member bootcamps and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
2. Automation & Systems Optimization
- Develop automations using Make.com to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Build and optimize Google Sheets dashboards for real-time tracking.
- Manage and optimize Monday.com to ensure seamless project execution and department collaboration.
- Create visual process breakdowns using Miro.com to standardize workflows.
3. Team & Leadership Management
- Conduct 1-on-1s with core team members to track performance and provide guidance.
- Host daily morning meetings to set OKRs and ensure alignment across teams.
- Monitor and enhance team culture and morale, ensuring everyone is engaged and growing.
- Manage and coordinate freelancers, contractors, and vendors across the globe.
4. Project Execution & Strategy
- Delegate big projects, mapping them from A to Z with clear workflows.
- QC (Quality Control) team lead calls to ensure alignment with processes.
- Conduct strategic analysis on who needs to be hired, fired, or promoted and present findings to the CEO.
- Onboard and manage franchise clients ($10k/mo retainer+) to ensure seamless service execution.
5. KPI & Performance Monitoring
- Track and manage our KPI dashboard, ensuring all key business objectives are met.
- If KPIs fall behind, map out a game plan and discuss realignment strategies with leadership.
Who You Are:
Tech-Savvy & Automation-Oriented – Must have experience with Make.com, Google Sheets, Monday.com, and Miro.com.
Process-Driven & Highly Organized – Able to map out workflows, set OKRs, and manage team performance.
Hiring & Talent Management Expertise – Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing teams.
Strong Leadership & Communication – Must be able to lead meetings, manage team morale, and oversee hiring & retention.
KPI-Driven & Performance Focused – Ability to track dashboards, monitor key metrics, and implement strategic adjustments.
