Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various machine learning and deep learning techniques, including decision trees, random forests, rule mining, clustering, PCA, support vector machines (SVM), ensemble techniques, neural networks, transformers, attention models, and transfer learning approaches. Additionally, the candidate should have strong expertise in working with Snowflake, Oracle, and Graph databases, as well as Python, R, PySpark, Unix Shell scripting, RAN/O-RAN and Azure OpenAI for AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Master’s degree (preferably PhD) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.(No prior industry experience is required for PhD candidates.)
- Expertise in RAN/O-RAN technologies and AI applications in telecom.
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms (Decision Trees, Random Forests, Rule Mining, Clustering, PCA, SVM, Ensemble techniques).
- Deep learning expertise, including neural networks, word embeddings, transformers, attention models, and transfer learning (ULMFiT, Azure OpenAI foundation models).
- Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, and Graph databases.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Unix Shell scripting, and PySpark.
- Proven experience or research in Generative AI (GenAI).
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of telecom network optimization using AI/ML.
- Experience with edge computing and real-time AI inferencing.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying AI models in production.
