Position: HR Analyst


Location: New York, NY/ Tempe, AZ / Tampa, FL


Duration: 9 Months


Pay Range: $40/hr - $50/hr


Responsibilities:



  • Work closely and collaboratively with AskHR and Payroll to ensure smooth running of the Benefits & Retirement plans and improve processes where possible.

  • Provide support for the annual benefits enrollment including testing of benefits platform.

  • Complete monthly reconciliations between data from the benefits platform and the benefits data on the payroll platform.

  • Investigate issues with data feeds to investigating and resolving issues, recommending changes to process where necessary and avoiding legislative breaches.

  • Answer queries from Payroll, mainly around clarification on monies coming into the business for employees on Group Income Protection and general queries/requests.


Must Have:



  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Proactive and motivated approach.

  • Ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines.
