Our client is seeking an IT Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with various IT systems, including server administration, network management, and security solutions. You will be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and support of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of critical systems and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and DNS.
- Oversee virtual server environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage email systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email delivery, security, and archiving.

- Administer and monitor Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions for endpoint security.
- Manage firewalls (Checkpoint and Cisco ASA preferred), ensuring secure and efficient network traffic flow.
- Perform SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOC operations to monitor and respond to security events.
- Implement and manage Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) solutions for secure access control.
- Develop and execute security awareness training programs for end-users.
- Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and managed services for infrastructure support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with Windows Server Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience with Active Directory Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience with Virtual Server Environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, etc.).
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience with Email System Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience with Data Backup Solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
- 3-5 years of experience with EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience with Firewall Management (Checkpoint and Cisco ASA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience with SIEM and SOC Operations.
- 1-2 years of experience with MFA (Multifactor Authentication) solutions.
- 1-2 years of experience with Security Awareness Training.
- 1-2 years of experience with Business Continuity and/or DR (Disaster Recovery) Planning and Testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Wide Area Network (WAN) management, preferably Cisco routers.
- Familiarity with Local Area Network (LAN) technologies, preferably Cisco switches.

- Experience with phone system administration, preferably with Cisco Call Manager.
- Experience with network monitoring solutions
