The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with various IT systems, including server administration, network management, and security solutions. You will be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and support of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of critical systems and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, group policies, and DNS.
- Oversee virtual server environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage email systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email delivery, security, and archiving.
- Implement and manage data backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Automate system administration tasks and processes using PowerShell scripts.
- Administer and monitor Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions for endpoint security.
- Manage firewalls (Checkpoint and Cisco ASA preferred), ensuring secure and efficient network traffic flow.
- Perform SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOC operations to monitor and respond to security events.
- Implement and manage Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) solutions for secure access control.
- Develop and execute security awareness training programs for end-users.
- Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and managed services for infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
