Job Responsibilities



  • Follow specific written and verbal instructions

  • Configure barcode scanners, wireless printers, access points, and network switches in a technical fulfillment warehouse

  • Load and image software onto devices based on predetermined specifications

  • Conduct inventory cycle counts

  • Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping

  • Perform testing and repairs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Work extensively with computers throughout the day

  • Pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining quality assurance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout all tasks

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately within deadlines


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Google Docs, spreadsheets, email, and chat

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Professional communication skills (email, instant messaging, phone, and in person)

  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and comfortable working with multiple monitors

  • Prior experience in warehousing or inventory management is a plus

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, and a strong team player
