Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Task Order Project Manager to oversee and manage large, complex task orders or groups of task orders within a unified system. The successful candidate will assist the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level managers, Government personnel, and customer agency representatives. This role is critical in ensuring timely implementation of technical solutions and adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project manager for assigned task orders, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to align task order activities with overall program goals.
  • Engage with Government representatives to address project requirements and technical challenges.
  • Drive the successful implementation of task order schedules and deliverables.

Required Qualifications, Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Certification: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or other recognized certifications) is required.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT and/or consulting fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT and consulting projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to ensure timely and successful delivery of project outcomes.
