We are looking for a MOTIVATED dental professional to join our onsite call center team, located in Orange Park/Middleburg/Fleming Island area.

Summary:

  • Commuting Distance to Orange Park/Middleburg/Fleming Island areas
  • Full Time position
  • $18-22 per hour + office bonus structure


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls including, social media and marketing inquiries
  • Assess patient needs, schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Follow-up with patients pre and post appointment
  • Manage patient expectations while communicating effectively
  • Collaborate with front office personnel to find efficient ways to schedule
  • Maintain patient attrition by being proactive


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales position
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental experience
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
