Job Title: Project Analyst Agile Support

Location: Remote (EMEA Time Zone)

Strong Project Analyst needed to support Project Manager Current Phase in the project : Development General Project Analyst activities - Reporting ( they currently use excel) A clear user story view is needed , View of backlog, Assist with meetings notes EMEA time zone (currently there is a huge volume of meetings) Experience in Agile tools

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with general project analysis and tracking activities.
• Prepare and maintain regular project reports (primarily using Excel) to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain a clear view of the user stories and ensure they are well-defined and accurately represented.
• Manage and assist in tracking the backlog to ensure that tasks are prioritized and clearly understood by the team.
• Take meeting notes during high-volume meetings and ensure action items are captured and followed up on.
• Support the team with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or others) to track progress and manage the sprint lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing documentation related to project status, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that milestones and deliverables are on track.
• Provide analysis on project performance and escalate any issues to the Project Manager.
• Work within the EMEA time zone, ensuring timely communication and participation in key project meetings.
