Overview & Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading health insurance provider, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Enterprise Product Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape product strategy, create roadmaps, and drive transformation efforts in a large-scale organization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing complex products, working across multiple teams, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Creating and managing product roadmaps to support business objectives
Participating in the development and execution of product strategy
Managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
Leading product initiatives within enrollment systems, claims systems, customer and member systems, or reporting systems
Coordinating with internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance products, ensuring alignment with business goals
Supporting a company-wide transformation from a project-driven to a product-driven organization, including coaching and mentoring teams on lean portfolio management principles
Tracking and reporting on key product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
Driving customer-focused enterprise-wide initiatives, influencing both technical and business teams
Managing all aspects of implementation, including overseeing installation, supporting product development, managing communications, and reconciling metrics upon completion
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of extensive experience in enterprise product management, including owning and managing the full product lifecycle
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, create product roadmaps, and align cross-functional teams
Strong experience working in large organizations with complex product environments
Hands-on expertise with Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel
Knowledge and experience in supporting cloud environments
SAFe certification or a relevant agile product management certification
Experience in organizations with a strong product management culture, demonstrating an ability to collaborate across teams and drive a product-first mindset
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience working with AI/ML-based product development
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Aha
Background in moving organizations from program to product management methodologies
Experience with enterprise-wide customer-focused initiatives
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including the ability to apply data insights to product decisions
Certifications from organizations such as Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or Product School
