Job Title: Oracle PPM Product Analyst (12+ months Contract)

Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)

Position Overview:
The Oracle PPM Product Analyst will play a critical role in the ongoing Oracle ERP implementation, specifically focusing on client invoicing in the PPM module. This role requires a techno-functional expert with a deep understanding of Oracle PPM and the billing processes related to contracts and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between the business team and the integrator (Capgemini).
  • Oversee data flow and integrations across the system.
  • Refine solutions, develop workflows, and support testing and test scripts.
  • Assist in the development and support of Oracle ERP systems, particularly the PPM module.
  • Work on invoicing, contracts, projects, expenditures, billing events, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Ensure successful testing, deployment, and cutover.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations, specifically within the PPM module.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle PPM: Contracts, Projects, Expenditures, Billing Events, and OTL.
  • Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity, bridging business and technical teams.
  • Experience with integrations, data flow, and solution refinement.
  • Hands-on experience in testing, including writing test scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, especially healthcare, is a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with change management and training methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
