Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong skills in project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. The role involves developing project scope, defining guidelines, obtaining approvals, and coordinating resources to ensure successful project completion.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 3-5+ years of verifiable experience leading complex projects within hospital and health clinic facilities.
• Familiarity with HCAI, ICRA, and Joint Commission regulations.
• Experience collaborating with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, low voltage design teams, and Inspectors of Record.
• Ability to coordinate with hospital and health clinic departments and leadership.
• Work under general supervision, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to apply project methodologies to well-defined requirements and deliverables.

Certifications & Educational Requirements:

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong leadership qualities and risk management abilities.
• Excellent organization, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
