The qualified individual must have the ability to work with client and stakeholders in building and supporting a FedRAMP High Gov cloud SaaS service management solution. This SaaS offer will leverage the suite of ServiceNow packages and modules. This position will require the individual to build and operate solutions based on leading ServiceNow technology and best practice. As a ServiceNow subject matter expert, you will be responsible for supporting, analyzing and further enhance the client solution. You will utilize your existing Service Management / ServiceNow, Market knowledge and technical expertise to support the customer needs and develop value propositions with the ServiceNow SaaS offering.

Typical Duties:
Key Contributor to the ServiceNow SaaS Solution implementation, your role will include such activities as:
System configuration.
Development of custom features on client and server side.
Technical consulting.
Technical specifications preparation.
Testing support, rollout support and others.
Follow implementation standards and technical best practices related to the SaaS offering.
Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform.
Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes (ITIL) and build this into the design and deliverables.
Write Knowledge Management articles for the ServiceNow Platform.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of 16 years of experience. Additional 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow specific deployment experience.
Must have ServiceNow SaaS Platform experience.
Must have experience with ServiceNow domain separation and ITSM.
Must be able to build and deploy catalog items including workflow or flow designer.
Must understand the use of UI actions, UI policies, and business rules.
Must understand ACL s and how items are impacted with ACL s.
Must be able to support the upgrade process when moving ServiceNow to a new version.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with JavaScript and performing scripted actions in ServiceNow.
Government contracting experience (is a plus).
FedRamp experience is a plus.
