As a Data Analyst, you would be responsible for supporting and expanding our customer’s data reporting, visualizations, business intelligence and analytics. This role will require translating business ideas into data concepts as you work with IT and data leadership, business users, executives, and stakeholders.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will build and develop an agile business data environment that will advance the business objectives of the company and include the following duties:??
• Design, create, and deliver custom management-level reports and visualizations for stakeholders that measure results, communicate trends, and demonstrate business outcomes.
• Proficient in model management, including troubleshooting existing model errors, implementing data security requirements and version control.
• Utilize programmatic and quantitative methods to identify patterns and relationships in large data sets, as well as apply mathematical, statistical, and other data-driven analysis to address intelligence questions.
• Support data onboarding and migration to new data infrastructure, including defining data requirements and analytic use cases, supporting end-to-end testing and implementation of new data pipelines, and owning data governance with power users of reporting tools.
• Lead the development and ongoing monitoring of campaign benchmarks, goals and KPIs with project teams to drive accountability for specific, measurable results.
• Monitor the integrity of reported statistics related to operational and strategic analytics to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders on analytical solutions such as: lead prioritization optimization, marketing mix modeling, market basket analysis, and customer lifetime value modeling.
• Develop internal relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments to identify, capture, and grow analytical opportunities.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand critical data/information needs and define functional specifications.
• Mentor junior team members, share insights across the Data & Analytics team, and assist in the review of other team members' work.
Requirements:
• Experience with SQL required.
• Expert knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc. required.
• Data Modeling experience required.
• Full understanding of ETL Development.
• Modern Analytics Pipeline experience (LookML/dbt) preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Excel, R/Python (preferred)
Education:
• 4-year BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Informatics, or related field or equivalent business experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and social interaction skills.
