The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and cost management within the automotive industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to supplier development, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for engine components.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with high-quality suppliers.
  • Lead supplier development programs to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure competitive terms while ensuring compliance.
  • Optimize supply chain processes and proactively manage risks.
  • Ensure all components meet industry standards and certifications (ISO, TS 16949, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive procurement, with a focus on engine components.
  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and supplier development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic sourcing skills.
