We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director of Information Technology to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting both hardware and software systems, ensuring that our technology infrastructure operates effectively and securely. You will work closely with various teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain both hardware and software systems. A primary focus will be on optimizing our usage of Gmail, Google Drive, Zoho, and other enterprise-level tools.

Base salary between $90,000.00-150,00.00 (USD)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director of Information Technology to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting both hardware and software systems, ensuring that our technology infrastructure operates effectively and securely. You will work closely with various teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain both hardware and software systems. A primary focus will be on optimizing our usage of Gmail, Google Drive, Zoho, and other enterprise-level tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Manage and support software systems, including operating systems, applications, and productivity tools, with a focus on Gmail, Google Drive, Jira and Zoho.
- Lead and perform regular system updates, ensuring that all software and hardware are patched and up-to-date.
- Provide technical leadership and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Drive and assist in the implementation and support of IT projects and new technology solutions.
- Lead the management of system backups and assist in disaster recovery planning.
- Configure and manage user access, permissions, and security settings across all hardware and software platforms.
- Provide training and ongoing support for staff on technology best practices, particularly for Gmail, Google Drive, Zoho, and other critical tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT administration, with a proven track record in hardware and software management.
- Strong expertise in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (especially Gmail, Google Drive, Zoho, and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Extensive experience with network troubleshooting, maintenance, and security.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, especially Google Workspace and Zoho.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex IT issues.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Expertise in tools like Jira, Zapier, or similar workflow automation and project management applications.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
