Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of insurance experience
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Knowledge and understanding of property and casualty insurance
• 2+ years of quality assurance experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
• Initiate and respond to communication from customers, insurance agents, external vendors and internal personnel regarding the insurance coverage on loans.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and/or analytical document reviews.
• Review loan data integrity reports, ensuring all procedures are in compliance with agency, internal controls, and company policies.
• Utilize specific criteria to quality assure and report metric results and feedback on a weekly/monthly basis to management and the team.
• Identify and present recommendations for procedural modifications to management.
• Support management with miscellaneous functions within the Insurance Team.
