New Business DevelopmentAs a Business development executive , You Will

  • Develop a sales plan that aligns with the company s strategic sales plan and revenue goals
  • Lead generation, pipeline development, and closing new business (client staffing contracts),
  • Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process
  • Meet company-established sales metrics
  • New accounts opening
  • Report on KPI s tied to demand and lead generation, closure (placements) and revenue

You Will Have

  • A proven track record in IT staffing business needs
  • Proven track record of pipeline development and prospecting
  • Experience with contract negotiations including financial negotiation
  • Comfortable with lead generation through a variety of outbound channels
  • An ability to think through and plan your work- every DAY
  • The energy and ability to work through the inevitable issues and challenges that come up with IT Staffing business
  • Account management experience and skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal skills
  • Ability to help understand and communicate market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Customer-first orientation
  • Ability to think and act like an Entrepreneur
