We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic sales representative who can build a pipeline, close deals, and understands tax & workflow automation. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to earn commission and equity in a fast-scaling startup.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with social media management, content creation, basic graphic design, and HubSpot administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting engaging social media content, designing visuals, and assisting with marketing automation in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Monitor and engage with audiences, responding to comments and messages.
- Track social media performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Research industry trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
Content Creation & Design
- Write and edit compelling copy for social media, and email campaigns.
- Design simple graphics, infographics, and social media visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Assist in creating and formatting marketing collateral, including presentations and PDFs.
HubSpot Support & Marketing Automation
- Update and maintain HubSpot CRM with campaign data and contact information.
- Assist in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns, sequences and workflows.
- Generate marketing reports and analyze engagement data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, or other design tools.
- Strong writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and messaging.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, tax, compliance, or financial services marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
