Market Analytics and Financial Planner role.

Must have experience with P&L forecasts, finance, use data to develop insights and recommend in a way for stakeholders to understand.
Position can be remote and could include 6-8 days per year on-site.

The Senior Consultant will partner with stakeholders to analyze data, develop P&L projections, and create business plans to support leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans, P&L forecasts, and financial models.
Conduct strategic financial planning for new initiatives, such as the potential development of service lines or program relocations.
Analyze data to identify assumptions, pressure-test financial models, and present findings to leadership.
Partner with internal teams to gather and query data from systems like Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks.
Communicate complex financial insights and recommendations effectively to non-financial audiences.
Balance financial expertise with technical skills to prepare data-driven analyses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial planning, business planning, or related roles (experience in healthcare or consulting preferred).
Strong experience in P&L development, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (data querying experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial data clearly.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
