Job Description
This Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:
- Daily logging of tasks and activities via JIRA Service Desk
- User and device onboarding
- Providing end user support for various applications
- Participation in team meetings and collaboration for upcoming projects
- Providing onsite support for hardware and software upgrades
- Providing prompt and courteous resolution to user requests and issues
- Providing security, compliance, and HIPAA checks at all practices
In order to qualify, you must have:
- Bachelor Degree is a must
- MCSA, A+ , CISSP desirable
- Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and electronic medical record systems helpful
- Knowledge of physician practice management systems and workflow helpful
- Minimum 3 years experience with PC hardware and software, printers, notebooks, Macs, iPads, and mobile devices
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with security and protection tools, antivirus and malware detection and removal
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, VPN, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix desirable
- Knowledge of JIRA helpful
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network gear (routers, switches, wireless) desirable
- Must own a reliable car and be able work remotely and independently
- Local travel: up to 90%
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
