Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes in a fast-growing operation. This role will focus on improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality production, and implementing best practices across welding, fabrication, CNC machining, and fixturing. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking operations and be eager to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and create new manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Optimize operations in manual welding, fabrication, CNC machining, and fixturing to support high-quality output.
  • Work with metal forming, press brakes, flat lasers, tube lasers, and CNC equipment to streamline production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
  • Support tooling development and improve manufacturing workflows.
  • Ensure process stability and scalability as the company continues its rapid growth.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase throughput, and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar process-driven role within a metal fabrication or machining environment.
  • Strong background in welding, fabrication, CNC machining, and fixturing.
  • Experience with metal forming, press brakes, tube lasers, flat lasers, and CNC is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of paint, powder coating, and assembly is helpful but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve manufacturing processes and implement efficiency-driven solutions.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
