Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who loves both big-picture brand strategy and hands-on execution. You'll use data and insights to help inform marketing decisions, work cross-functionally to keep projects moving, and support brand initiatives across Grocery, Club, eCommerce, and Food Service channels. From packaging updates and digital shelf management to sales support materials, and social media management, you'll help ensure everything we do is aligned, impactful, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate will be energized by a rapidly evolving organization, and be hungry for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB TASKS
Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Support Marketing Campaign planning, strategy and creative execution ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Own execution, day-to-day management and optimizations of email, SMS and social media campaigns, including scheduling, content coordination, community management, audience segmentation and performance tracking.
Retail & Sales Channel Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of channel-specific marketing and shopper programs to drive demand and increase brand visibility.
- Lead the development of channel specific sales and marketing support materials including sell sheets, inserts and promotional tools.
- Support with new account sell-in needs such as meeting decks and samples.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze syndicated data (Nielson/Byzzer, Circana IRI and or SPINS) and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Track and analyze monthly brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross Functional leadership & Project Management:
- Coordinate and collaborate cross functionally across internal and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Fast learning and independent worker. Proven ability to take the initiative and run with it.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in working through syndicated data with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of working well with others, and ability to work cross functionally with internal and external teams.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- A growth mindset driven by enthusiasm and bringing a positive attitude to challenges and problem solving.
- Enthusiasm for the company's mission and product offerings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a CPG company
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent working experience (2-3 years)
- Experience with digital marketing and sales platforms a plus (Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Amazon)
- Experience working with project management platforms including Monday.com or asana a plus
- Experience working independently as well as part of a team.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be local, we currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidates must be willing to come into the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment including extended periods of sitting, and use of computers for long periods of time.
