- Execute the storage, supply, equipment, and facilities operations for a Medical War Reserve Material warehouse.
- Identify requirements and initiate requests for additional resources including equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
- Determine stock levels needed for non-recurring, specialized items based on usage, inventory, project demands, seasonal demands, changing customer needs, and projected depletion.
- Ensure immediate deployment of medical assets through oversight of cargo palletization processes and procedures.
- Perform administrative office support functions and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members, related functions, and operating officials.
- Perform a wide variety of record keeping, updating manuals on policies, directives, reporting, and informational duties in support of the organization's programs, functions, and projects.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to specialists, operating officials, and employees on the regulatory requirements for submitting and processing a wide variety of transactions.
- Use multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets.

- Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
- Must possess and maintain a valid stateside driver's license.
- Must obtain and maintain fork-lift operator's certification.
- Moderate to heavy lifting up to 45 pounds is required.
