WHAT WE NEED...Program Coordinator

Someone that will provide operational support for specific Cyntergy retail clients, be highly involved in

processing and tracking project and program level information along with supporting other administrative staff

when necessary. Someone that has excellent verbal and written communication, strong multi-tasker, problem

solver and action oriented. A team player that will own their assigned tasks and be self-motivated to complete

them while being open to helping other team members in a highly fluid environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO...Program Coordinator

Nothing is 'routine' here. Every day brings a new measure of excitement and professional challenge.

  • New project assignment setup on multiple internal and external software platforms.
  • Preparing and processing files for project deliverables.
  • Assist with tracking assigned project action items and deliverables.
  • Assist with preparing documents for meetings, conference calls, and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain project and program level templates when identified by program leadership
  • Follow/maintain an organized file management process for electronic and paper documents.
  • Assist with preparing project budgets templates and change order forms.
  • Assist in continuous improvement by understanding the work processes, resources, structure, and

business of the firm.

  • Follow a systematic method for self to track time commitments and the completion of tasks.
  • Work in association with other administrative/operation staff to complete time sensitive project or

program level tasks

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE...Program Coordinator

  • We're looking for self-starters and eager learners. Beyond that, you'll need...
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Deltek Vision, Newforma, Smartsheet, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to navigate Internet and Intranet software platforms.
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Data entry and word processing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to facilitate work flow in a team environment
