- Job Title: Grievance & Appeals Coordinator I
- Location: Remote (Los Angeles, CA, 91367)
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
- Contract Length: 39 weeks
- Placement Type: Contract
- Analyze and resolve verbal and written claims and authorization appeals from providers.
- Pursue resolution of formal grievances from members.
- Prepare response letters for complaints, grievances, and appeals.
- Maintain accurate files on individual appeals and grievances.
- Coordinate the Grievance and Appeals Committee activities.
- Support data entry, tracking, and research for HEDIS and pay-for-performance programs.
- 100% remote work flexibility.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in grievance or appeals, claims handling, or related managed care experience.

- Ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
