SCOPE OF WORK:
- Assist with the implementation of the analytics strategy impacting all marketing functional areas.
- Managing analytics and reporting platforms, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to develop key insights and recommendations to support demand generation, messaging and content strategy across the buyers' journey.
- Leverage trends, research, best practices, first- and third-party data to conceptualize, validate and test new ideas for continuous improvement
- Work with key stakeholders to define and monitor key performance indicators and partner across the organization to deliver on company business objectives.
- Google Analytics: advanced analytics and configuration of the platform; understand how to leverage custom events and be able to build out customer reports.
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio: modify and create new dashboards to provide insights into user engagement, campaign, and asset performance
- Power BI: create dashboards to unify data from disparate systems to visualize the user journey and provide visibility around marketing KPIs
- Build out a technical, analytics checklist to support implementation; experience tagging a website
- Understand how to interpret UX design, be able to support and understand the data integrations with other platforms and ensure that our approach to collecting and unifying data follows best practice and standards.
- Understanding of headless CMS, GDPR, relational databases is desirable.
