- Assist in the development and execution of a formalized Army-wide Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) surveillance, audit, and report program.
- Perform Quality Assurance surveillance inspections in the TMDE support areas of administrative management, technical publication/regulations/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), forms, reports, the (IMRF) and all other systems.
- Analyze and evaluate TMDE technical management input for conformance with applicable requirements and standard practices.
- Assist USATA laboratories to resolve TMDE support compliance issues.
- Serve as a source matter expert to interpret requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) managing daily calibration and repair workload, 2) performing end item verifications on assigned technicians, effectively communicating equipment status updates with supported customers, and; 3) applying the rules and regulations associated with operation of an Army TMDE lab.
