Job Description:
We are hiring an SAP HR Consultant with 15+ years of experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and expertise in SAP upgrades and migrations. The role involves leading HR system transitions to SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage SAP HR module upgrades and data migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
Oversee employee master data migration, payroll, time management, and organizational management processes.
Configure and optimize SAP HCM functionalities, including PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), and TM (Time Management).
Ensure integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules (FI, MM, and third-party payroll systems).
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation post-migration.
Provide user training and documentation to support HR teams in using the upgraded system.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy regulations (GDPR), and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
Strong expertise in SAP HR core modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors migration is highly desirable.
Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies for SAP HR.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with HR and IT teams.
