Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Oversee all accounting functions and strategic projects to align with the company’s growth objectives and key transactions, while driving innovation within Finance and Accounting.Team Development: Lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on cash management, KPI tracking, and board reporting.Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate forecasting, manage banking and lender relationships, and oversee budgeting, audits, and financial reporting processes.FP&A Excellence: Establish a robust FP&A function to optimize pricing, profitability, and margin improvements through in-depth revenue and cost analysis.Systems Implementation: Spearhead ERP system enhancements and other technology implementations to support scalability, facility expansion, and operational efficiency.Operational Alignment: Optimize facility operations, enhance the S&OP process, and drive coordination between sales and operations to support business growth.M&A Leadership: Lead financial due diligence, integrate acquisitions, and prepare the company for a PE exit, presenting actionable financial insights to stakeholders.Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and PE partners to align with strategic goals and ensure robust financial governance.Sector Analysis: Conduct profitability analysis for key sectors, including healthcare and senior living, and implement improvements to sustain growth.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required; MBA or CPA preferred.Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial leadership roles, with demonstrated expertise across finance functions in multinational manufacturing environments.Private Equity: Experience working with or for a private equity firm is preferred.M&A Expertise: Proven track record in leading M&A and integration processes.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams, foster productive environments, and scale the finance function to support growth.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.Personal Traits: Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a sense of ownership and a hands-on leadership style.Values: Embody honesty, humility, curiosity, impact, and teamwork.
