Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with procurement leaders and customers to develop detailed workflows, user stories, and product requirements.
• Serve as a bridge between the procurement solution and the core platform, prioritizing key features and updates.
• Oversee successful delivery and implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Develop scalable processes and frameworks to streamline deployment, moving toward a plug-and-play model.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customer success and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Align closely with revenue and marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and customer insights.
• Partner with consulting firms and implementation specialists to enhance deployment strategies.
• Work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute necessary platform-level enhancements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and delivery specialists dedicated to the procurement solution.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, enterprise SaaS, or consulting, with a strong focus on product development.
• Background in procurement technology or a related field, preferably with experience at industry-leading companies.
• Hands-on experience developing workflows, user stories, and product requirements tailored to procurement teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise software products with an emphasis on usability, scalability, and customer success.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations and transitioning products to scalable, repeatable delivery models.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive product success.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, challenges, and opportunities, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
