Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Android engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Android software development, with a strong understanding of Kotlin/Java, and Android frameworks and SDKs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, CI/CD, Confluence
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, API integration, and backend development is a plus.

Experience with distributed databases and such as Couchbase or Realm and GraphQL.
