What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented construction professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll interact with industry professionals and clients while leveraging cutting-edge tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from bid preparation to project closeout.
  • Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments.
  • Develop site logistics plans and detailed project schedules in coordination with superintendents.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management throughout the project.
  • Conduct and lead weekly project meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • Manage all project accounting aspects, including financial projections, reporting, and AR collections.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of construction experience, including leading superintendents and project teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • LEED accreditation (preferred).
  • Experience with client relations and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship and team development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent estimating, scheduling, and communication skills.

Compensation

$100,000 – $140,000 per year (flexible) + bonus, ESOP, benefits listed above
