Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinating a high volume of meetings weekly across time zones
- Organize comprehensive international travel logistics, including private flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Support white-glove event planning for dinners, investor meetings, and large-scale events
- Oversee inbox management to prioritize communication and proactively anticipate executive needs
- Coordinate personal tasks and appointments, including managing art acquisitions, vendor logistics, and capital call documentation
- Serve as the point of contact for LPs, founders, and partners, ensuring seamless relationship management
- Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- 2+ years supporting executives on the deal side in venture capital, private equity, or hedge funds
- Exceptional calendar management, travel planning, and event coordination skills
- Ability to operate autonomously, anticipate needs, and manage up effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Discretion, high emotional intelligence, and unparalleled attention to detail
- Strong written communication and organizational abilities; adept at crisis communications and relationship management
