Quality Assurance Manager

The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top manufacturing clients in the Medical Device & Life Sciences space to help on-board a Quality Assurance Manager (People Leader) to join their Corporate Quality & Regulatory Leadership Team. This is a very exciting search, because our client has been growing every year creating greater opportunities and positive challenges for their organization.

With multiple acquisitions, and more in the works this is an exciting opportunity for any proven Quality Leader – to come in and help align and drive Quality Excellence.

The ideal candidate would have a blended background in both Operations & Quality, and understand out to drive Performance and set Key Metrics for Sustainable Growth. We are looking for a self-starter, with a strong sense of urgency, along with the ability to develop and create where structure doesn’t already exist.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5+ years working in a FDA / DEA / Regulated Quality Environments

· Blended Operations & Quality Leadership Skills

· Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
