Job Responsibilities:
1. Explore new overseas markets and identify new clients;
2. Maintain relationships with existing clients, uncover new needs from existing clients;
3. Accomplish the assigned business goals including contract amounts and new client numbers;
4. Assist the technical team and project management leaders in timely updating project contracts, collecting client feedback, and maintaining client relationships;
5. Lead follow-up efforts and maintain ongoing communication to meet target sales plans;
6. Communicate market demands to the SD through discussions with clients and SD, so that they can develop and optimize various experimental animal models based on specific market needs;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Deep interest and strong motivation in business development as a career with strong scientific background;
2. Major in Biology, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree or above;
3. More than 1 year’s business experience in the relevant fields is required, with priority given to work experience in preclinical CRO companies;
- 4. Have team spirit, high sense of responsibility and execution ability, quick thinking, able to withstand high work pressure, and able to adapt to business trips.
