Responsible for assisting the Corporate Compliance Governance Manager in organizing and controlling project activities,

through communicating risks, opportunities, and current state of projects.

This position is located in Westminster and requires in office work.

It is a part-time position, 20 hours per week at $20/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including documentation, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables in line with contractual obligations.
  • Support the Corporate Compliance Governance Manager in the negotiation and administration of contracts.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure

clear understanding of contract requirements. * Monitor project progress and identify any issues that might arise, escalating them to the Corporate Compliance

Governance Manager as necessary. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. * Process paperwork and fulfill administrative duties related to contracts, such as preparing project updates and

status reports. * Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas to ensure efficient project execution. * Act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties, including clients and vendors, regarding

contract matters. * Ensure that all contractual processes are completed on time and within budget. * Contribute to the development of internal contract management tools and processes. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or a related field OR

equivalent experience in project coordination, preferably in a contracts-focused role. * Understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, and the ability to analyze potential risks preferred. * Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in JIRA highly preferred. * Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to maintain workplace confidentiality and take ownership/accountability for own actions and aspects of

the job.
