Technical Project Manager
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Project Manager
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)
Description:
As a Technical Project Manager you will :-
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Responsible for the coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project oriented work efforts on complex technical CXP and Pega platforms.
- Manage processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer specifications.
- Assemble project plans and team assignments.
- Direct and monitor work performance by managing resource requirements, performance quality analysis, and escalating timeline concerns in a timely manner.
- Be Responsible for tracking project deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinates communication regarding project progress and risks that impact budget and/or timeline.
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity.
- Be responsible for executive updates, financial governance and resource management.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment Strong technical and communication skills; Must be a good team player.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Agile, SCRUM experience JIRA, Pega knowledge Prior experience with Telecom is a plus
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
PMP, CSM, project management certifications
The ideal candidate will have Experience in Agile, Scrum, Pega and Project Management.
