Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated Scientist to be part of a team focused on non-viral gene therapy formulation in the Genomic Medicine Unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in targeted non-viral formulation development and optimization for several different projects.
  • Support the development of customized non-viral formulations.
  • Apply scientific expertise and judgement to initiate, design and execute experiments in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Maintain accurate experiment records and material inventory.
  • Analyze and present experiment data clearly and effectively.
  • Acts as an impactful contributor of project teams and transverse initiatives.
  • Foster creativity, productivity, execution with a sense of urgency, scientific integrity and accountability. Maintains a collaborative culture.

Required Skills:

  • PhD with 0-1 year of work experience or
  • Master’s with 3 years of experience or
  • Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in LNP or nucleic acid drug formulation and development is required
  • Candidates with Senior Scientist-level experience or significantly exceeding these experience levels/years of experience will not be considered
