Salary Range / Rate: $140-200k base + Bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth in the North American lighting market. This role involves maintaining relationships with business and R&D teams, managing ongoing projects, and ensuring business expansion. Responsibilities include developing new customers, particularly key retail chains, and supporting existing clients to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry, a strong sales track record, and preferably experience in ABL lighting or Carrier HVAC Supply Chain Strategy. Market trend analysis and strategic insights will also be key aspects of this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain business and working relationship with ABL business and R&D team, follow up running projects, ensure the stable growth of our business, achieve the company's business goals related to ABL
- Develop new customers in Norther America market including key retail chains
- In accordance with company arrangements, maintain and enhances relationships with other existing customers. Work with the export sales team to achieve business targets
- Track the market trend of the North America, provide information support for the company's technical and product strategy formulation
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in the lighting industry on sales or business development roles, track record of excellent performance
- Work experience in ABL lighting department or Carrier HVAC Supply Chain Strategy department (the first requirement can be relaxed) is preferred
