Title: Product Operations Analyst

Duration: 10 Months contract

Location: Denver, CO, 80202

Duties:

General Purpose:

  • Support daily operational tasks related to product management and development.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of product processes and procedures.
  • Address routine operational issues and provide administrative support.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of product management tools and systems. Support data integration and ensure tools are functioning correctly.
  • Help in setting up initial KPI tracking frameworks and update dashboards with product performance metrics.
  • Support the collection of feedback from end users through surveys and user feedback tools. Assist in analyzing user engagement data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the collection and synthesis of advanced analysis of product performance, usage, market trends, etc, including dashboards and reports 15%
  • Lead and manage complex projects within the product operations space, focused on process and product team efficiency and optimization. Drive the establishment of best practices for product management and SLDC, ensuring all teams leverage tools and processes effectively. 30%
  • Cross-functional collaboration 15%
  • Strategic advisor to product and business leaders 10%
  • Customer advocate, synthesizing feedback and insights for future development 5%
  • Organization and documentation, templates, guidelines, reference materials 20%
  • Other duties as assigned.- 5%

Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Associate s Degree or Apprenticeship
  • Bachelor s Degree preferred

Preferred Specialized Experience, Education, Training or Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in KPI development, analysis, and interpretation to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong technical expertise in advanced data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge in data analytics, user research, and product metrics.

Travel and Time Req.:

  • Travel: up to 50%
  • Nights/Weekends: Occasional nights, 5-7 times per year, depending on release needs
