Job Title: Sales Director New Logos Location: East Coast (PA, NY, NJ) Remote Department: Global Sales- BD Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director New Logos to lead our efforts in acquiring new business and expanding our client portfolio.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new customers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
4. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and value propositions.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role focused on new business development.
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., technology, SaaS, consulting]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
