The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the learning and leadership development strategy . Delivers leadership development and learning solutions through assessment, development and implementation of programs and processes that support talent growth and business results.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework and strategy that supports all levels within Centric.
- Collaborate and consult with human resource business partners, HR COEs and business leaders to understand and assess organizational needs and identify innovative learning and leadership development solutions.
- Partner with talent management team and learning and development peers to ensure integration of learning and leadership development strategy into the talent development framework.
- Drive end-to-end management of learning, leadership and career development programs including: design, development, implementation and assessment through partnerships with internal team and external vendors.
- Implement solutions through leveraging advanced knowledge of trends, concepts, principles and current practices in adult learning, leadership development and career development.
- Develops and implements competency-based learning experiences including: LXP offerings, learning paths, facilitated sessions, etc.
- Leverages learning experience platform through: partnership with outside vendor(s), human resource business partners and business leaders to deliver and determine content.
- Evaluate metrics and data to effectively measure results and ROI and identify insights for continuous improvement in relation to business goals and use key metrics to communicate and deliver insights to HR and business leaders.
- Leads Coordinator level role and is responsible for managing vendors and/or contractors.
- Significant program and project management experience in successfully planning, managing, and delivering multiple, concurrent learning, leadership and career development programs.
- Strong instructional design (including e-learning) and facilitation skills with ability to lead the creation and delivery of learning and leadership development content.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking to identify interdependencies between issues, data and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
- Established track record for taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning solutions with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence, collaborate and build consensus.
- Advanced knowledge of techniques and approaches to support and foster values and culture. Ability to design, develop and execute strategies as part of learning and development to promote the company’s culture in achieving business results.
- Experience with competency development is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Organizational Development, Curriculum Design or related field; or a combination of education and work experience.
- 7+ years’ progressive experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design or Leadership Development with significant experience in adult learning philosophies, principles and practices.
- 5+ years of experience developing, implementing and managing leadership development programs.
- Instructional design experience required.
- Experience in a corporate or consulting environment required.
- Certification in individual, leadership, and team assessment tools preferred (e.g., MBTI, DiSC , StrengthsFinder, Hogan, 360-Degree Feedback, and/or other related tools.)

- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework and strategy that supports all levels within Centric.
