About Us:

We are a healthcare technology company experiencing rapid growth with our next-generation EHR/PM platform. As we scale our new platform and manage migrations from our legacy system, we're looking for a Product & Operations Analyst to help drive our product development forward while building operational excellence.

Role Overview:

The Product & Operations Analyst will work closely with our product and development teams to support product delivery while improving our operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn both product management and operational excellence in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development (30%)

  • Write and refine user stories alongside product managers
  • Support feature specification and documentation
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Help coordinate between clinical and billing teams
  • Assist in testing and quality validation
  • Support customer research and feedback collection

Team Operations (30%)

  • Create and maintain product templates
  • Lead Go-to-Market execution on behalf of product
  • Build reporting dashboards for sprint and product metrics
  • Help standardize documentation processes
  • Support cross-team coordination
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Platform Migration Support (40%)

  • Document feature parity requirements/patterns especially among larger practices
  • Help analyze migration feedback
  • Coordinate migration-related development needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Technology, Healthcare)
  • 0-4 years of experience in technology or healthcare
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with agile development practices
  • Familiarity with healthcare or EHR/PM systems
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Background in customer support or operations
