Key Responsibilities

- **Maximize productivity through efficient scheduling and communications** (meeting pre-reads, structured agendas, etc.).

Automation & Efficiency

- **Leverage the latest automation tools** (e.g., Zapier, AI-driven workflows) to improve productivity.

- **Develop scalable systems** for contacts management, investor tracking, and internal communications.

- **Support the automation of expenses and reporting**, minimizing manual administrative work.

Administrative Support

- **Track meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items** to ensure seamless execution.

- **Handle manual tasks when necessary**, including checking and transcribing business cards if automation is not feasible.

Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment
