Title: Revenue Integrity Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $32 - $37/hr W2
Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Start
Description:
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration is a plus but not required
- Active CPC or CCS (CPB a plus)
- 2-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, charge reconciliation, or a related role within a healthcare setting.
- They can be a little green if they have Charger Viewer experience, and we can train them
- Experience working with Cerner Oracle EMR and Star for Revenue Cycle is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with charge master management, CPT/revenue code pricing reviews, and the overall revenue integrity program.
- Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, managed care contracts, and compliance requirements in healthcare billing.
- Charge Master ownership and the ability to manage and update charge descriptions, pricing, and codes.
- Experience with Millennium Charge Viewer, CS Pricing Tool, and CSTier Maintenance for ensuring accurate charge entry and compliance.
- Knowledge of government regulations related to billing, such as CMS rules, and the ability to apply these regulations within the revenue cycle process.
- Strong analytical skills for auditing claims, identifying overcharges, underpayments, and billing mistakes.
- Ability to provide recommendations for corrective actions and improve processes for revenue integrity.
