Job Summary: The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role involves managing a production team, monitoring workflows, addressing issues promptly, and implementing process improvements to maximize productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • T eam Management: Supervise and manage production staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee daily production schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to set procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conducting safety training and responding to any workplace incidents.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed production reports while maintaining accurate documentation of all activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience : 3+ years in a production or manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory experience.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Experience in team selection and development.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
