Project Manager

• ERP focused PM- someone with strong ERP background and experience from pre-implementation planning/rules through implementation
• Old CFO brought in Infor CSD/SX- new leadership unsure if that is route they should go
• Have attempted to implement parameters and rules with manager input but has not gone well, managers all have different parameter ideas
  • This PM brought in to hold folks accountable and establish these parameters and rules themselves alongside CFO + Ops Director
• PM will be understanding what the company has- having full authority on rules alongside CFO
• 2 Champions of the project are IT Manager and Ops Director- both with Infor experience
• **With infor being old leadership idea, a major part of this role is PM understanding their environment and guiding new leaders if they should move forward with this Infor CSD/SX implementation or make a shift.
  • They are heavily considering Epicor ERP as well and want this PM to help them make the decision if they should shift
