Founded in 2017 to address the urgent demand for accessible, reliable emergency response, the company has built the largest response network in South Africa and the UK, and is expanding their reach in the US-Market.

As our client expands in the US, they’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Dallas, TX market and beyond. Reporting to the Division President, you’ll source, manage, and expand new business opportunities.

Please note: This role requires experience within the security industry.

Required Skills:

· 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the US security industry (alarm monitoring or security response is preferred).

· Familiarity with security services, emergency response solutions, and tech platforms.

· Proven ability to meet sales goals and onboard new customers.

· Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Drive new business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients through phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

· Build and leverage relationships within the security industry, particularly with monitoring centers and alarm response teams, to drive business growth.

· Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation, fostering strong client relationships.

· Deliver compelling pitches that clearly articulate the company’s value and innovative security solutions.

· Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, wearing multiple hats as needed to support various business functions.

· Collaborate closely with leadership to identify and implement operational efficiencies, ensuring scalability.

· Utilize Zoho, Monday.com, and Qlik for data tracking, reporting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

· Engage with customers locally and nationally, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business needs and expansion plans.
